4 c. sliced peaches, 1 stick butter, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, pinch of salt, cinnamon to top.
It was delicious! Chewy and crispy on the outside edges, warm and gooey on the inside.
